Panopticlick (https://panopticlick.eff.org) show's my phone's HTTP_ACCEPT headers as "text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,*/*;q=0.8 gzip, deflate en-US,en-AU;q=0.7,en;q=0.3"
The "en-AU" part reveals that my phone is Australian.
In comparison, Tor Browser (on PC) has "text/html, */* gzip, deflate en-US,en;q=0.5"
