As of https://github.com/amoghbl1/tor-browser/commit/2e99ca74cfa24d6f68a4326068e3ad0922271738 we use mobile/android/base/util/ProxySettings.java to provide us with the proxy configurations.
This class cannot be used in mobile/android/stumbler/java/org/mozilla/mozstumbler/service/utils/AbstractCommunicator.java, and so it's hardcoded there as of now, this should be changed, or we need to move the ProxySettings class somewhere where everything can access it.
