Nexus 7, 5.0.2
1. Launch app and disable Tor
2. Navigate to Manage Feeds
3. Add a new feed
4. Return to All Feeds
Expected: New feeds cannot be added and synced unless user is connected to Tor
Actual: New feeds are added and synced automatically when user is not connected to Tor
