Not connected to Tor
1. Launch app and navigate to Feed
2. Tap menu button and select Video Feed
3. Without turning on Tor, pull to sync content
Expected: Video Feed content cannot be synced without connection to Tor
Actual: Video Feed content can be synced without connection to Tor
