Description

Once the new official repo is in place, then decommission the old one in steps:
  1. remove all APKs and app metadata from it
  2. add a new app called something like Aaah Update To Guardian Project Repo!
  3. that app just starts and sends the new repo URL via Intent to FDroid
  4. migrate app then uninstalls itself
