Serverless messaging

Description
Implement http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0174.html so that we can use this over OSLR.
This will require:
- Multiple provider/account support (allowing multiple connections on the backend)
- Ability to accept connections (currently asmack only supports outgoing connections)
- Modifications to XMPP handling in asmack, as serverless messaging is only "XMPP-like" and quite a bit of the data that is normally exchanged in-stream would be passed through DNS

To integrate the patch, and so we don't have to maintain multiple patches against smack, it would be better if we had our own fork of smack.
