Description Implement http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0174.html so that we can use this over OSLR. This will require: * Multiple provider/account support (allowing multiple connections on the backend) * Ability to accept connections (currently asmack only supports outgoing connections) * Modifications to XMPP handling in asmack, as serverless messaging is only "XMPP-like" and quite a bit of the data that is normally exchanged in-stream would be passed through DNS
