Hello,
I used to have a mix of obfs3, scramblesuit bridges in my Orbot 14.1.4 installation.
When I upgraded from Orbot 14.1.4 to 15.0.1-RC-1, I also added some obfs4 bridges. Anyways, that made Orbot failed to complete initialization, by checking the debug log, I found an error that obfs4proxy failed to load because it cannot handle sramblesuit.
By removing scramblesuit bridges, everything is running fine again.Yet it puzzles me that when I tap the bridges button, I do see scramblesuit as an option.
