The mozconfigs on the tor-browser git have been updated with an additional flag
# Let's not compile EME at least until we can enable ClearKey and only Clearkey. # (Apart from that there is no Adobe CRM module for Linux right now) ac_add_options --disable-eme
This flag needs to be added and tested.

Initial build with this flag seems to fail, needs more debugging.

Disable eme looks fine now. Built against latest Orfox which references torbrowser orfox-tb_GECKO380esr_2015050513_RELBRANCH.
media.eme.enabled property is not in about:config and EME media fails (tested: http://simpl.info/eme/clearkey/).

Yup, disable-eme looks fine and is being used in with our latest builds:
