Niels, assuming all source code is GPLv3 and human language text and design elements are some form of creative commons license, will that work for you?

It does not make sense to license non source code text or other elements under GPLv3. Based on my research, what I've outlined above is the usual route.

I thought that this was the point where we started of, right?

The point was that we find out exactly what kind of creative commons and
GPL licenses we would use, or am I wrong?

The problem was that Nathan also used code that had other licenses (such
as BSD licenses etc) and we needed to come to a solution on how to bind
these all together.

But generally I'm happy with GPLv3 & creative commons.

I believe, if everyone is happy with source code being GPLv3 and Content being CC-BY-SA-NC then we are good. I believe there may be some question about whether some/all content should be available for use commercially, in which case the content license would become BY-SA.

I'm closing this, if someone has a contention with it being BY-SA-NC lets discuss on the scrum next week.
