Description
In chatsecure settings say forced/required encryption.
But first message is send as plaintext. But Pidgin sends first message encrypted.

In ChatSecure-v14.1.1-RC-5.apk with it set to Require/Force otr encryption, the first message to a contact is always sent in plaintext. Pidgin always first creates the OTR connection and then sends the first message.
