Galaxy Nexus 4.2.2
1. Launch app and sync feed with Show Photos turned off
2. Tap on a Story
3. Tap on grey Photo Sync bar
Expected: Only photo sync can be initiated
Actual: If user taps where an action bar button is normally shown, that page will open
