User appears to be online, but in fakt isn't

Description
occationally a user shows up as online in the userlist (green symbol), but when I send a message to the user it is not delivered and there is a message saying the the encrypted connection to the contact is disconnected. Re-connect isn't possible. So the user is apparently offline. Still there is the green symbol in the user-list.
The problem persisted for more than 1 hour. log-out + log-in solved the problem and the encrypted connection could be re-established.
Both users have v.14.09 and use encryption: automatic

the other way around there also a problem. I.e. the user is online, but the user symbol is NOT green.
