I've updated ChatSecure to SQLCipher v3 and the latest CacheWord... how long until you area ready to merge https://github.com/eighthave/IOCipher into master?

I meant to merge all my iocipher work into the main repo last Thursday, but then got sick. I'm doing it now.

libsqlfs v1.3 and IOCipher v1.2 have been tagged and pushed upstream! I'll work on a proper release and announcement tomorrow.
