Change Native Dialer Integration to hook into the phone system earlier (like skype/viber).

We don't want native dialer integration, as it leaks data about who called who and when into the entire Android OS.

While using Skype or Viber as a goal for ease of use, we have to know where to draw the line between easy and too easy that it ends up breaking basic privacy features.

My goal is to isolate your private/risky calls from your normal ones.
