Description
When the user sets all chats with another user to be "encryption required", chats with that user should initiate encrypted, not have to be "switched" to "encrypted mode" - the user has already demanded encrypted mode in the settings.
Perhaps the encryption toggle could remain for incoming chats from users not in the ChatSecure contact list; however if that causes problems perhaps all chats in ChatSecure can just be encrypted by default... which maybe they should be anyway.
