No notification of data uploading to testbed

Description
In previous releases, during initial setup, there would be an upload icon in the notification tray. In the new version no upload notification is given and I'm not sure anything is being uploaded during setup as well as when uploading media. I've done a clean install of InformaCam and am using the latest version of Orbot. Currently an upload of a picture is hanging on the Secure Share dialog box.

This was due to a debug breakpoint and fixed in 0.1.41.
