Description
using the standard method in android to select a user icon, i.e. choose a picture or take one, then use the box to select the region.

There is a provision in the metadata for an "icon" attribute in the "<repo>" element. For example, the index on f-droid.org/repo has a value of "fdroid-icon.png".
However, the fdroid-icon.png relative URL doesn't actually point to a file on f-droid.org, and the fdroidclient doesn't know how to interpret these icon values. I would like the icon to be supported by the client, so that it will be easier to distinguish repositories in the ManageRepos Activity.
