Updating Lessons should be possible without requiring the user to take the lesson again.

Description
As I understand it, currently lessons are only updated manually by the user clicking "update."
Further, if we have updated a lesson to fix a copy edit mistake, or an incorrect answer to a quiz, of course it should update and ask the user to take the lesson again.
HOWEVER, if the update is to add additional quiz questions or make the quizzes more effective for future users, it should not be mandatory that the user retake the lesson.
