Description
If the user is not currently registered but is called, play a user not available message.

- Status changed from New to Resolved
solved this one but created another. Voicemail is now enabled by default. And it is not encrypted during transport nor on disk. I'm disabling it for now.

Seems like a useful problem to solve, but Voicemail is definitely something we need to discuss more.
