Add a "quit application" option in the menu sidebar.

Description
Presently it does not appear that you can quit the ChatSecure app entirely.
I propose adding a "Quit" menu item in the slideout app menu.

Update: the signout-all feature on the accounts page allows app quiting. Can probably close this ticket if popular opinion doesn't support a more visible app close item.

Please don't close this ticket, I would also very much like to have Quit button in side menu. I know you can Quit app from Accounts screen, but this is really inconvenient.
