Description
When configuring orbot to use strict nodes or avoid certain exit nodes a geoip file is needed. Unfortunately the users isn't informed about that and the file is missing in the tor apk. Only the log file says it's missing a geoip file, but there is no information on how or where to get it.
Furthermore the list of nodes to exclude could be a more fancy one with scrollbar and flags of each country. Expert options to filter by fingerprint etc. should be more hidden as orbot gets used more and more by non-experts.

In v13.0.1 geoip file has been added according to release notes, but orbot still doesn't use it. Log messages show "WARN: Failed to open GEOIP file /data/data/org.torproject.android/app_bin/geoip6".
I suppose this double "data" string in the path isn't correct...
