Description
Despite the localisation efforts, no matter which time format the uaer sets in the android preferences gibberbot alwas uses the am/pm structure rather than ISO 24hrs.
gibberbot-timestamps.patch 
- respect user's system settings of time/date format

Thanks for the patch. We have made a similar change now to use the user's default device locale date/time formatting.
