(404 / not found) when making a call

Description
When making a call i select the concact then i am givem the option to use OSTN or the mobal app. When OSTN is selected the error responce (404 not found) is returned. What do we do to fix this?
The echo test woked but no other call has worked.

This is not a bug. The client responds with a 404 Not Found when the user called is offline.
The client could handle this better but Ostel is doing what it is supposed to do.
