(404 / not found) when making a call

Description
When making a call i select the concact then i am givem the option to use OSTN or the mobal app. When OSTN is selected the error responce (404 not found) is returned. What do we do to fix this?
The echo test woked but no other call has worked.
I tried two phones that were online right next two each other with echo test working on both and every time either phone calls each other or any contact I get 404
