Description
If a user's device has the media volume turned up, StoryMaker should set it to Mute when they want to record voice over, then reset it to its original value afterwards.
The need for this is, the audio from the story ends up being recorded on the VO, creating an echo in the story.

this was reported again via support@guardianproject:
HI, thanks for the great App in story maker. I'm just testing it out for a project with RADAR and found one issue. On the voice over section, if there is sound coming off the initial video, that gets picked up and re-recorded by the voiceover. So maybe you could either have a mute option for the voiceover section or a note saying you need to wear headphones if the footage is noisy. Because it's so visual and audio heavy, it seems important to make as much space as possible for the voiceover.
Thanks again for the exciting new step
