Bug #1843: meta: move lessons into apk to fix downloading issues
when lessons are downloading, if user tilts phone, lessons page goes blank and lessons do not come back, until you leave the screen and return.

I just tried this on a galaxy nexus, and it appears that there is no longer a horizontal view possible of the Lessons, which means this is no longer an issue.
If you put storymaker into a horizontal view from the activity screen, and go to the lessons from there, it will orient itself vertically, only returning to a horizontal view in an individual lesson.
