Description If orbot is not running, it now asks to start orbot. A great improvement! It would be preferred to not ask but simply start orbot running in the background and show a screen saying that orbot is starting, perhaps with a progress bar or dancing happy Orbot icon. Hans suggests that it's an ask once and default to always, but I don't think we need to ask once.
