generic service that can be used in any app that wants to implements it

some requirements
*need timeout setting
*need logout capabilities
*need password verification

user supplied password is used as key to encrypt other passwords

*use ICS keystore for 4.x
*use moxy's text secure method
*probably not used for generating/storing remote credentials
