Description
We need to add Ostel as an option for the CSipSimple basic Wizard under "United States" in the same way that OSTN is listed under "Expert"

How do we reach out to the csipsimple dev community to add ostel.co as a wizard? or do we have to push the code ourselves? It should be structured:
-Username
-Password

I've copied the OSTN CSipSimple wizard settings and changed it to Ostel - http://pastebin.com/759QdGPu
However, we need to remove the part that says "server" and auto populate that with Ostel.co . How do we do that?
Otherwise, as per instructions https://code.google.com/p/csipsimple/wiki/AddASipProvider we now have a 96x96 icon for Ostel and an svg.
When we can ask them to add it under "world wide providers" under "choose wizard". Though the issue with this is that on my phone the "united states" section appears first. I'm assuming this is because i have a USA phone, but ideally it would show up in both, if possible.

Here's an example for Callcentric, which has a hard coded domain name.
