Youtube upload fails with large videos

Description
Large videos (>100 MB) won't get uploaded to Youtube. The uploader gets stuck at about 9-12 MB. Also no error message.
This is independent of the amount of clips that were added to the project.

What is the length of the video? Some accounts are restricted on how long the video can be (in playback minutes). This may be related to that restriction.

I don't think this is the reason. The item I wanted to upload is 4:43 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZ73Cg9Nt3g
whereas I also uploaded items of 8:44

I believe youtube upload is no longer working at all. I don't believe I have been able to publish since a few builds back.

The bug is related to our resumeable upload feature, which is ironic because it is actually breaking the upload instead. :(

Good progress here today. I reproduced the issue in multiple ways, and now have applied a number of fixes and improvements. I will likely have a build tomorrow for testing over the weekend.

A number of bugs in the upload resume code caused this issue. You can see those fixes and other improvements in this commit:
