No thumbnail on publish page

Description
In the design document, it's intended that the green "close-up" image on the publish page, is a thumbnail from the project. it should function the same as the thumbnail in the projects page.

This seems to be resolved. In the future it would be great to find a way to push this thumbnail to youtube and/or StoryMaker.cc.
However, until it is user-selectable, it only serves to deter confusion for the user when reviewing her stories elsewhere than the device.
