Description
I have Orbot 15.0.0-RC-3 on a Samsung tablet. It downloaded fine but will not start at all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the data, and using bridges; none of it will get orbot to start. The log just keeps repeating "Found tor PID=12189 - killing now..."
