Hey
Your download link points to https://slproweb.com/download/Win32OpenSSL_Light-1_0_1f.exe but ends in a 404.
Having checked http://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html the reason seems to be, that the version has been pulled and the link therefore needs to be replaced.
I'm guessing Win32 OpenSSL v1.0.2d Light should be the correct one now.
