No calls possible with Csipsimple

Description
I try to use ostel and get the message 488 not acceptable here. Support from ostel.co does not answer. I am using the same codec which jitsi is using (which is working): G722 16khz
I created a log with csipsimple and a screenshot. Both is attached:
