Description
With the fix for #5478, I see that the health reporter option is turned on, this functionality needs to be disabled and all code needs to be removed to make sure that the user does not upload anything, even by mistake.
Look into https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/mobile/android/base/background/healthreport for reference while doing this.
