Other media playback is not paused when Radio starts

Nexus 7 5.0.2
1. Use another app like Play Music or Spotify to play music
2. Launch RZ and tap play to begin RZ playback
Expected: Other app's playback is paused and RZ begins
Actual: RZ plays over the other app's music
I tested this using two different music apps and the playback from the first always pauses when the playback from the second begins. I think we might need to be sending something to alert the device of a new media stream beginning.
