app hangs frequently (ANR)

Description
I don't really know what or when exactly it happens, but it happens quite often that Courier just freezes and is totally unresponsive for a while. You can't even type into a text box, like adding a feed. It usually pops up the Android Application Not Responding - Wait/OK dialog, but not always. I seems to always recover from it, but can take up to 30 seconds.

@LizGrauel can you link to the issue that has more details?
I made this so general because ANRs were happening after many if not most actions. I think that's been improved since the build I'm using: 0.1.9. My guess it that it is related to having more than the standard number of feeds. I generally have 10ish.
