Calls drop when network connection switches ie from wifi to 4g and vice-versa

It's less a bug and more of a "modification to how Freeswitch implements the SIP protocol". It's going to be a tough one. I have one idea from a suggestion from #freeswitch and that's to use the SIP RE-INVITE method. It's documented in the RFC, section 3.7. There's even a call flow diagram.
