Description
RECONSTRUCT THE BUG:
- switch language to german
- exit the settings
- go back to the settings, do nothing
- exit the settings
- now you see the bug: language has now automatically - without user-interaction - switched back to english (but is in the settings still marked as german)

This is fixed for me in the latest version of the app v14.1.0
