It should be an option for usernames & passwords to be written in ENGLISH characters, whether the user is accessing storymaker in arabic or english

Description
Most likely by default they should use english characters. I will survey locals, but i think its unlikely that ANYONE uses arabic characters for usernames or passwords. And of course emails have to be in english characters.
