made good progress on this feature. built in a general imageview overlay capability into BaseActivity. Now just need to figure out when coach overlays should show up, and how the user should be able to see them or not.

I don't think we have time to get the coach graphics right, and we don't have a complete set. I would like to remove this from the app for sprint 5.
