Description
Many users outside the USA set up their phone in English, select the desired date/time formats on the system level, and expect applications to use the settings. So it seems weird that ChatSecure for Android does not support using the system date/time format (locale settings) or change it at execution time. Example: select a more meaningful date format such as YYYY-MM-DD (or anything else than MM/DD/YYYY), and 24-hour format for time for messages.
