Description

cacheword should depend on as few things as possible to make it easy to include in projects, and avoid annoyances like conflicting jar versions. We can follow SQLCipher-for-Android here:

include static encodeHex() method to purge commons-codec.jar

cacheword needs to have as few deps as possible, so purge this jar. Thanks
to sqlcipher:
