Orbot Version: 14.0.3
Galaxy S3, Android Version: 4.3 (build MK3)
After installing and starting Orbot, I try to exit. Orbot appears to exit and then restart.
See attached video. After-exit-restart happens the first time at 2:32 - 2:43 in the video.
This cycle happens more than once.
After the cycle quits, no networking is available on the phone until the phone is restarted.

This bug still appears in part in version 14.0.3.1; however, the problem with the networking being unavailable afterward doesn't always occur. I'd suggest the priority be dropped from high to normal.
I will try disabling com.sec.msc.nts.android.proxy to see if that fixes this problem

Orbot 14.0.4 on both f-droid and the Play store
Nexus 5
Android 4.4.3
Rooted
