Two things to be aware of:
1. he's from Morocco, so one of us could reach out to their point person for support, also we could ask Nasri to email him in Arabic/French.
2. from the filename, it appears he's trying to post a photo with arabic characters in the title. This does not function. If he publishes the photo with a title using only english characters, it may work. see that bug documented here: #2709
