Description
cacheword should be able to seamlessly upgrade itself when the file format changes. It should also integrate with upgrade processes required by SQLCipher, IOCipher, etc.

SQLCipher migration is supported from pre 3.0 to current 3.x. This week I added the internal format migration support, see 0a47eb64326e14161d83ea1301cdab54c59bd8a1
As per #3126 I need to test this in a non trivial example (i.e., in NoteCipher), but as far as I'm considered CW is doing everything it can already.
