Mobile phones generally produce poor audio when recording in uncontrolled settings. A great way to improve StoryMaker content is to add a narration. Narration done well adds context and dramatically improves the impact of our stories.

However, narration only works if the background audio it's placed over is not loud and noisy. While many users want huge amounts of flexibility with audio levels, that's not the only solution. We may find that simply providing an option to reduce source audio by 25% or 50%. Based on the audio function as it currently works, my impression is that on export it would be day to reduce the audio level by a specific prevent. How hard is this in actuality?
