Unable to start Tor

Description

I have a motorola razr i unrooted Adroid 4.1.2. Using Orbot 13.0.4a. When i try to start orbot the icon goes yellow for about 30 seconds then goes back to "orbot is deactivated long press to start" Tried normal and with default IP tables. Tried changing WiFi to proxy local host and 8118. Log attached. Any help appreciated as I thought this is supposed to work on unrooted devices.
