Description
Idea is to make it possible to send files to offline contacts and use existent services to store the (encrypted) files as long as the recipient is offline.
Maybe implementable with Dropbox, Google Drive, owncloud, freenet, Tor-network?
Would be nice to have a discussion about this....

Please consider implementation of this feature in TextSecure (server software involved).
This feature is mandatory to replace WhatsApp!
